There are two types of Services,

1) The Gold service that allows you to submit requests for our recruiters and sources to search, the Resource Manager will sort and filter and that service costs $2,500 a month with long term commitment discounts.

What your REW sourcing Gold contract provides you:

With the REW sourcing Gold contract you will be assigned a Resource Manager to work with your hiring managers and our recruiters and includes the following:

  • Search job boards to match candidates to your requirements
  • Research and locate talent
  • Source candidates matching your requirements
  • Filter every resume carefully and pick the most qualified candidates
  • Telephone interview candidates to qualify them and discuss position available
  • Technical Check to ensure the candidate is qualified. Our recruiters complete a preliminary technical interview.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers of your company.
